The radical Islamic terrorist groups have been known to world for conducting terrorist activities against the non Islamic countries for centuries. On the other hand there is not much of a connection between different right wing American terrorist groups amongst themselves. The reason behind the right wing American terrorist groups and the radical Islamic terrorist groups to be different might be that their final goals are different from each other.
